History of the 3C's of Adamson University

Inside the University of Adamson there are places, events, and people that re memorable to the Adamson community. For instance, they have experience a specific memory with said examples. The places and buildings in the campus that is very historical and memorable for it has established the institution’s trademark as the university was established. The Adamson community is embodied by the values that are called the 3C’s; The Character, Charity and Competence that made an impact inside the campus.

The three core values were created by Father Gregorio L. Banaga Jr. CM way back when he was seated as the President from the year of 2000. This brainchild of father Banaga has guided not just the students but also the institution to mold the youth to be equipped in the real world as individual professionals.

The branding of each Adamsonian have made a huge impact to be a more unique and different student from around the metro.

Character. With the Adamsonians embodiment of the teachings of their patron saint, St. Vincent de Paul. These students also value how their professors see them. Adamsonians are respectful, now not simply because they desire it back however because they take each and every man or woman seriously. All in all, their characteristics are molded to be strong, helpful, and courageous. These things make up an Adamsonian, which include the college and the humans in it.

Competence. Each one student should have the capacity to function or develop in a particular way. Being a college student inside this university, you have to be strong for yourself and for your future; you got to face different hurdles or obstacles that will move you to your succession. He or she must accept the different dares of the semester even though it requires sacrifice a little bit of sleep; an Adamsonian sees to it that he or she gets the job done.

Charity. When each individual student shows welfare through the society they are in, they manage to take notice of what actions are needed to contribute for  their surroundings. They are charitable not because they have money but they would rather help their fellowmen from suffering with hunger, and being sick. As it is being taught in the four corners of the classroom, students are more encouraged to lend a helping hand for those who are in need of their help, including in the academic related situations that they tend to have complications

With Fr. Banaga's great work, the students of the the University are more encouraged to become a successful individual someday. As they are influenced by each other’s strength as they go on through life as a student, son, daughter and friend they are still embedded with the values they have carried throughout their journey as they go and lead to a wealthy life.

Indeed, these values made a huge impact for one’s capability of being a wise graduate of the university that will help them to strive and strengthen their lives fo the betterment of their futures.
